In the midst of a falling real estate market in the summer of 2006, Broker, Olivia Wittstrom founded Harvest Properties & Investments.  The backbone of the company was based on a “value added” approach to their client’s real estate dealings.  The company slogan, “Innovative Real Estate Solutions” rings true.  Currently Harvest Properties & Investments offers their clientele not only purchase and sale services, but also property management, lending, loan counseling and modification, as well as real estate investment acquisitions, including foreclosures, new development and cash flow properties.
